• Pending sale was complicated and jeopardized by open NYSDEC Spill

• Phase II Investigation identified elevated VOCs and SVOCs above CP-51 SCOs

• Waste characterization performed during investigation to obtain disposal pre-approval expedited the remediation

• 2 x 2,000 gallon gasoline USTs removed

• 1 x 2,000 gallon fuel oil UST removed

• Removal of approximately 200 tons of petroleum-impacted soil

• Clean crusher run (No. 2) backfill compacted to match existing grade

• NYSDEC Spill closure achieved and property sale completed successfully
